How long does a custom order take?
Production time is listed on each product page and starts after you approve your proof. Shipping time is added on top, and you will receive tracking as soon as it ships.
What if I forgot to upload a photo at checkout?
No problem. Just reply to your order confirmation email or send your photo to Info@Barkwow.com with your order number.
Can I request changes to my proof?
Yes. Reply to the proof email with your notes and we will revise it before production begins.
Can I include more than one pet?
Some products support multiple pets. Choose the multi-pet option on the product page, or contact us before ordering and we will help.
Can I cancel or return a custom item?
Because every item is made just for you, orders can be changed or canceled only before proof approval. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will make it right.
Do you offer rush orders or gift messages?
Contact us at Info@Barkwow.com with your deadline and we will let you know what is possible. Gift notes can be added in the order notes at checkout.
